Congratulations to our Okaloosa County crew of Chad McIntoshElliott Lambert and Kevin Cheathom for generating a “Textbook MOT (Maintenance of Traffic) practices in-place” comment on a FDOT Field Review Report last month.

When a D-3 Florida Department of Transportation inspector saw the Ferrovial Services crew performing vegetation control along the median of US 98 in Mary Ester, he stopped to perform a routine work zone inspection of their traffic control. His report states,

“No issues noted. Observed correct AW sign usage and placement, operating warning lights on vehicles, wear of hi-vis, etc.

Textbook MOT practices in-place. MOT cardholder was knowledgeable and able to answer any questions about the work zone set-up. Keep up the great work!!!”
