Ferrovial Services is proud to announce Emergency Response Manager Nathan Haynes received his Certified Safety Professional (CSP) credential from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP). Nate supports several of our Florida Department of Transportation projects.

BCSP is recognized as a leader in high-quality, accredited credentialing for safety, health and environmental practitioners. BCSP establishes standards and certifies competency criteria in professional safety practices.

“This credential has increased my ability to add value and professionalism to the Ferrovial team,” says Nate. “I will utilize my increased knowledge and sharpened skills to develop, implement and educate the importance of a safe and enjoyable work environment for our team and the public.”

The CSP certification requires not only extensive knowledge in many safety disciplines, but also has stringent prerequisites.  To be eligible for the exam, a prospective CSP must have at least a bachelor’s degree, four years of demonstrated professional safety experience and an additional qualifying BCSP credential.

“I am very grateful for Ferrovial’s culture of safety and professional development, and I have received constant support and encouragement from supervisors and coworkers throughout the process of reaching my goal of becoming a CSP.”

This accomplishment was a culmination of a decade of work and education in the fields of safety and emergency management.
