Collier County Asset Maintenance (Florida)

Roadways included in the Collier County contract are SR 29, SR 45/US 41, SR 82, SR 84, SR 90/US 41, and SR 951, used by more than 200,000 vehicles a day. We maintain an average AMPER score of 95.4 on this project.
While 25 percent of the project is located in highly urbanized areas, approximately 50 miles of the project runs through the everglades, which presents unique challenges such as working with U.S. Fish and Wildlife to protect the Florida Panthers that reside in a reserve within the project boundaries, and working with the Miccosukee Indian Tribes who also live within the project limits.
The project requires our team to coordinate with the Florida Department of Corrections (DoC) to manage six inmate labor crews to perform routine maintenance activities.
